myCare is supported on the default browsers for current versions of iOS and Android. For best results, use Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android.
General Requirements
Regardless of browser, the following are required for myCare to function correctly:
- JavaScript must be enabled
- Cookies must be allowed for the myCare domain
- TLS 1.2 or higher must be supported
- Pop-up blockers should allow pop-ups from myCare if prompted
Keeping Your Browser Updated
Using an outdated browser may expose you to security vulnerabilities and result in a degraded experience. We recommend enabling automatic updates in your browser settings.
